Damages and Issues
Please examine your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you desire is to return the current item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
Refunds
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
